Our workplace mediation training develops the practical skills required to help colleagues address conflict, rebuild communication and establish workable professional relationships.
Training is suitable both for people who wish to develop workplace mediation skills for the first time and for organisations building internal mediation capability. As with all ProMediate training, the emphasis is on realistic scenarios, role-play and individual feedback rather than lectures.
