Privacy Policy
This policy explains how ProMediate (UK) Limited, trading as ProMediate Training, handles personal information submitted through this website.
Last updated: August 2026
Who we are
ProMediate Training is the mediation training division of ProMediate (UK) Limited, a company registered in England & Wales. ProMediate (UK) Limited is the data controller for information submitted through this website.
Training enquiries
When you complete the training enquiry or register-interest form, we collect your name, email address and any telephone number, organisation, profession, course preferences and message you choose to provide. We use this information only to:
- respond to your enquiry and answer your questions;
- tell you about dates, fees and availability for the training you asked about;
- administer your place if you subsequently book a course; and
- keep an internal record of enquiries received.
The lawful basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our training and, where you go on to book, the performance of a contract with you.
Marketing consent
The marketing tick box on our enquiry form is entirely optional. It is recorded separately from your enquiry, together with the date and time you gave it. If you tick it, we may contact you about future ProMediate Training courses, events and professional development opportunities. The lawful basis is your consent.
You can withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing message or by emailing us. Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect our ability to reply to an enquiry you have made.
Retention
Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for administrative and record-keeping purposes. Marketing consent records are kept for as long as the consent remains in force, plus a period afterwards to evidence that consent was properly obtained and withdrawn.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who host this website and our enquiry records, and where we are required to do so by law.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to your personal data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to request erasure or restriction of processing, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to data portability. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
